Milk a Cow

Visited Shatto Milk dairy farm today! My husband happily went along (which was surprising). We took our new (to us) Cadillac convertible; too bad it rained. We had a great time touring the tasting room, milking room, and bottling area.

I'm pretty sure we were the only ones without kids, so we "borrowed" a few along the way.

 Milking a cow; checked off my bucket list! It was easier than some movies and TV shows make it out to be; but I'm glad I don't live on dairy farm.

 After we had all the milk samples we could take. We headed to a few a wineries.

One winery, Windy Wine, even had "Fully Cocked", instead of "Fully Cooked" sausage...just the way I like it!

Remember the rain, we decided to push our luck and not put the top up. We got completely soaked and then couldn't get the top to latch and had to drive all the way home (60 miles) with our hands out the window holding it down.

Loved every minute; wouldn't change a thing!
